Over the past few years, we have fitted villas and apartments out in ultra-modern minimalist décor, romantic Mediterranean stylings, exotic Moroccan adornments and have even cast an impressive interior solely from traditional Irish materials and furnishings.

These are some of the works executed in previous years.

  • Construction of 18 chalets in Marbella (Malaga), Urbanization “EL ANCON”, including infrastructure, services, information office and hotel services, promoted by UK holding CITY ST. JAMES, whose Managing Director was John Green.
  • Construction in Marbella (Malaga), Urbanization “EL OASIS”, of 23 chalets, including infrastructure and services, as well as restaurant. The British financier David Becker.
  • Construction in London (UK), Trafalgar Square, of a mansion for British financier David Becker. This construction was carried out entirely with Spanish personnel.
  • Construction of the “PORTOASIS” building in Marbella (Malaga) which consists of 24 luxury apartments, the promoter of which is the Conde Larisch.
  • Contract of 150 apartments in Marbella (Malaga). The company awarded the works was Entrecanales and Tabora, S.A., being the Director of Zone D. Joaquin Azotra.
  • Execution of the 2nd Phase of the Urbanization “PUENTE ROMANO”, also in Marbella, which consisted of 200 luxury apat intents. The promoter company was
    Demosal, acting as construction supervisor D. Tulio Pina.
  • Hotel Rodeo, S.A. the construction of 40 apartments in the Urbanization “FUENTES DEL RODEO”, including from the excavation to the fully finished infrastructure.
  • Construction for D. Antonio Cendon of 24 fully finished houses in Av. Camilo Jose Cela de Marbella.
  • Construction of 36 homes of V.P.O. in Estepona (Malaga), known as “HOUSING OF THE SUN”. Take these works with the structure made and finish them until the delivery of keys. The company based in Seville “Viviendas del Sol, S.A.” acts as a promoter. Its Managing Director was Mr. Juan Jose Fuentes.
  • Extension and renovation of a villa owned by Baron de Gotor, D.Maria Martinez-BordiU, located in “Los Monteros” Urbanization, Marbella.
  • Construction, including infrastructure, of 10 grouped dwellings known as “Rine& Del Saladillo Urbanization”, in Estepona (Malaga). The architect D. Carlos de Ochoa works as promoter.
  • Extension and renovation of a villa owned by Mr. Reda Aywan, in the municipality of Estepona.
  • Construction for Inmobiliaria Las Ayes, of 3 luxury villas in the Urbanization of Sotogrande (Cadiz). He acts as supervisor of the works D. JesUs Salvatierra, Director of the aforementioned real estate.
  • Construction of a luxury villa in the Casablanca Urbanization,
  • Construction of 3 chalets in the “Nueva Andalucia” Urbanization of Marbella, acting as promoter the British architect D. John Corner.
  • Infrastructure of two luxury villas located in the “Cascada de Camojan” Urbanization, in Marbella, promoted by Takkurunna, S.L.
  • Construction of a villa located in the area of Las Chapas (Beach) of Marbella, owned by Mr. Alaa Ghani.

  • Reforms in a luxury villa located in the Oasis Playa development, owned by Rosal-Marsol, S.L. (Marbella)
